NJ9K^TM Consortium Program

The Quality Paradigms training & consulting, inc. consortium program is known as NJ9K (New Jersey 9000) modeled after the program designed by University of Southwestern Louisiana. Our program is 12 months in duration. It has not been uncommon for many of our consortium companies to attain certification within 7-10 months of the start of the program.

Our program combines training off-site and on-site to ensure requirements of the standard are both understood and met by each participating company.

Unlike other training programs approved for DOL grants, Quality Paradigms training & consulting, inc. offers its clients the IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors) internationally Accredited training courses (internal auditor and lead assessor) as part of the training package. Both of these courses offer a "live audit". These courses provide an accredited international auditor certificate and certification. Quality Paradigms training & consulting, inc. maintains an agreement with the Irish Quality Centre of Dublin, Ireland to provide this training.
