Overview of the NJ9KTM Consortium Program

Quality Paradigms training & consulting, inc. specializes in consortium training. The Department of Labor in New Jersey (DOL) awards New Jersey employers grant monies for the purpose of customized training. ISO 9000 training is one of the many programs approved for funding by the DOL. This allows small and medium sized New Jersey companies to obtain ISO 9000 training at minimal cost.

We provide several additional training courses that qualify for DOL funding such as TQM, Process Improvement, Team Building, Computer training, ISO 9000 training, Strategic Planning, Writing Procedures, Manual Writing and basic skills training.

Quality Paradigms training & consulting, inc. has been the training vendor for Mercer County Community College and Passaic County Community College for two DOL grants. Quality Paradigms training & consulting, inc. has been awarded 10 grants from the DOL. To date we have been awarded close to $2,000,000.00 in DOL grants and have trained over 4000 employees throughout New Jersey. Additionally, we have been awarded seven grants from DOL as Lead Agency with one pending and several others in process. Our training program and trainers have been evaluated and approved by the New Jersey Department of Education as an acceptable Training Program Provider.

Our success rate for companies passing their Certification audit the first time is 100%. Our success rate for companies completing ISO 9000 Certification training is 90%. This is the highest success rate for companies in New Jersey consortiums.
